ABOUT US
Today’s energy companies face large demands and critical time-frames in order to keep up with the nation’s ever-increasing need for energy. We have allowed companies to meet demands by delivering project management services helping clients create clear and attainable project objectives, provide project requirements, and manage the cost, time and scope of a project. We also offer engineering, design, and support services for an array of projects.
OUR MISSION
As expert consultants in engineering and field services, we aim to make a positive impact on our clients, communities, country, and ultimately the world by providing sustainable solutions in the energy industries.
OUR HISTORY
PSI humbly began operations as a project and construction management company back in 1994. In the beginning, PSI got together a small group of experts in their fields to provide technical field services to the midstream sector of the Oil & Gas industry. Over 25 years later, PSI has developed into a full-service engineering firm. Throughout the years providing top-notch service, our team has established ongoing relationships with over 100 clients. We pride ourselves with our work, delivered by our stellar team, which is why we selectively hire top notch engineers and project managers with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Our services range over a span of different fields, with the adaptability to support multiple industries. PSI has maintained a strong presence amongst the oil and gas community since our start, but we have gained trust and recognition with the municipality, industrial, utility providers, and commercial communities. PSI has been working with project managers, engineers, and construction teams across the country and boasts over 500 years of combined experience in multiple field service and engineering practices. We create lasting client relationships by acting as valued partners on projects – and our employees are our greatest asset when it comes to client satisfaction.
Today, our home office is nestled in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, CO but we have many beloved team members across our satellite offices in New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. Although our offices are located around the Rocky Mountains, we work nationwide. From the deserts of the Southwest to the forests of the Northeast, PSI is here to provide solutions to your developing or changing infrastructure, no matter your location.

OUR CULTURE
PSI prides itself on the quality of work that we provide our clients. Therefore, we recruit top engineers that are passionate and dedicated to their field of work. In lieu of such dedication and mindfulness to working towards being the best, we like to think of PSI as a family. If you were to stop in our office at any point throughout the year, you would find that we host wellness competitions, charity drives, and hold monthly activities including chili cookoffs, Halloween parties, Olympic viewing events, and a host of other activities. At PSI we promote healthier lifestyles, togetherness, and inter-departmental teamwork. As busy as our office may be, we make sure to enjoy quality time with our families at home but also our family here at work. In the early stages of summer almost every year we bring interns on board to help them grow and learn the dynamics of a busy engineering office dedicated to the energy sector.
Our managers and team members also attend conferences and events throughout the year to further their education and refresh their knowledge and skills. PSI firmly believes our company’s success is directly attributed to our employees’ efforts and contributions. They are the key to our continued success these past 25+ years.
